Live Pacific Razor Clams

Pacific razor clams can be found along the Pacific West Coast from Alaska, to California. It's similar to the smaller Atlantic razor clam, which is found on the East Coast of the United States. The Pacific Razor clam is larger and differs in flavor.

Razor Clams have a firm texture, mild brininess and a mild clam flavor. They are usually cut into steaks and served, or diced/ground to use in chowders, fritters, etc. The Pacific Razor Clam is one of the most prized West Coast clams.
